Selecting your Wedding Service
You may choose from two service books, either the more traditional Book of Common Prayer or the more contemporary Book of Alternative Services. You may wish to celebrate your marriage either with or without the Eucharist, please let us know if you would like a Holy Communion as part of your service. We are quite happy to discuss with you ways in which you may make the service your own.

Scripture Readings, Psalms & Other Readings
Scripture readings in your wedding service are meaningful to you and you may arrange for readers from your family or friends for each selection. Normally couples choose one/two readings. There are many appropriate passages, our suggested readings are available here for download. You are free to choose non-biblical readings as well, see our Other Readings & Poems for recommendations.
